1. What type of address will I receive?
With Starthub’s Virtual Office solutions, you will instantly have access to the same Real Street business address that we use for our own company. The address is located in the heart of Miami’s historical Financial district. Miami is a growing hub for large corporations and many startup companies and ideal for a starting business. Your address comes with a Virtual Mailbox access which allows you to manage and keep all your mails virtually, without having to be physically at the office (perfect for out-of-the-state and international businesses!)
2. How does the mailbox service work? What are the fees?
All of our plans include a mailbox service, which means that Starthub will accept and handle any mail or packages. This is all handled in our Virtual Mailbox, where you can view, manage, and keep your mails.
Every time you receive a piece of mail, you will receive an email notification that you received something. You can see exactly what type of mail you received (letter, package, magazine, etc.) and from who you received the item. You then have the possibility to request a scan, request an envelope picture, ask us to shred the item completely, or you can also request a forward. Any fees incurred for this will be added to your monthly invoice. The fees for this are as followed:
- Envelope Picture: Free & Unlimited
- Scans: Free & Unlimited
- Shred: Free & Unlimited
- Storage: Free & Unlimited
- National & International Forward: $2.00/bundle (a bundle can include an unlimited number of mails) + postage fees
We also have the possibility to use your own FedEx account if needed.
3. Can I have someone answer the phone under my company’s name?
Absolutely, you can! With our Virtual Receptionist Only, Virtual Office and Virtual Office + Access plans, you receive the benefits of a live receptionist. This means that someone will answer all of your business calls during operating hours and greet under your company’s name. You can decide if you would like our receptionists to transfer calls based on your availabilities or to take down the caller’s information and send you a call report.
Call answering is unlimited and also include a business phone number (Any local US area code or Toll-free)
4. Will I be charged monthly or annually?
With Starthub, you decide what works best for you! You can either select month-to-month and be charged monthly without any commitment. Or you can select Annual to pay the entire year upfront at a very discounted rate.
5. What can I accomplish with a Virtual Office?
Having a Virtual Office gives you all the benefits of a real office, minus the commute, and the cubicle. You can register your business, open a business banking account, and even optimize your SEO with your Virtual Office. Additionally, since this is a physical address, you can list your business on online directories, which is a sure way of catching more clients and driving up your business.
6. Can I cancel anytime? Are there any fees?
Sure you can! Like you, we hate commitments and we don’t want a business to feel hostage of our services. With our Month-to-month plan, you can cancel your account anytime by letting your account manager know or by calling your direct member’s support line. There are no cancellation fees
7. How many times can I access the office with a Virtual Office + Access plan?
A Virtual Office + Access plan gives you access to our premium Miami Coworking Office. You get 8 hours of booking per month, which you can accumulate and use at any time. This includes access to our offices, desks and conference room. Be sure to call us ahead of time if you would like to use the conference room so that we can reserve it for you! If you need additional day passes, feel free to give us a call and we can figure out a plan that works for you.
